1. Identity of the firm
Krantz & Polak RESOLVE, established at P.C. Staalweg 70, 3721 TJ Bilthoven, the Netherlands.
2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Krantz & Polak RESOLVE and its clients, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Independence and conflicts of interest
Krantz & Polak works exclusively for the insured. We do not carry out assessments on behalf of insurers and have no shareholder relationships with intermediaries owned by insurers.
4. Fees and costs
Our reasonable expertise costs are reimbursed in almost all cases by the client's insurer, on the basis of the policy conditions and/or the law. Should costs not qualify for reimbursement for reasons attributable to you, we will inform you of this in advance.
5. Complaints and disputes
Complaints can be submitted to Krantz & Polak RESOLVE in writing. Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Midden-Nederland.
